Amelia Heathwaite successfully argues for costs being awarded to Direct Access client

Amelia Heathwaite was instructed by a mother in private law proceedings for enforcement of breach of an order.

This involved a child arrangements order which was successfully argued to have been breached on multiple occasions. The Court enforced the order and a further application for the mother’s costs was successfully argued and awarded as a result of the breach.
