Clerks

Toby Lowther

Senior Clerk

Toby is responsible for all aspects of Chambers’ operational management, functions and facilities. This can cover projects such as improving I.T. infrastructure, leading on BSB applications and ensuring the seamless integration and compliance of any new policies and regulations.

Working with the Head of Chambers and within the Management Committee, Toby helps plan Chambers vision for the future. He is involved in budgetary planning and Chambers’ strategic management initiatives aimed at the long term growth of Regency Chambers, all whilst ensuring the day to day needs of Chambers are met.

Toby is also responsible for the clerks and their development as well as ensuring our clients are receiving the standard of service they have come to expect from Regency Chambers. Along with this Toby is always looking to develop new business leads and develop existing relationships across all of Chambers’ practice areas.

Toby manages all of Chambers’ marketing and business administration and is the first point of contact for complaints and data request queries.

Although his is first and foremost a senior management role, Toby will quite often be found taking bookings and chasing papers for our barristers.

Away from work Toby enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid Tottenham Hotspur fan.

Greta Eidukaite

First Junior Clerk

Supervising the Junior and Fees Clerk daily, Greta oversees diary management, fair allocation of work and negotiating fees. Through regular communication with our members, they will develop each barristers’ practice as is required. Greta has a full understanding of the diary on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in order to resolve any conflicts in the diary as early as possible as well as planning barristers work effectively.

Emma Neilly

Junior Clerk

Emma joined Regency Barristers Chambers in 2019 after being with Taylor Rose TTKW for over a year working along side the Consultant Liaison Team.

Emma works along side the team here at Regency Barristers Chambers. Emma’s main responsibility is to manage the Barrister’s diaries to ensure that they have all the correct paperwork and details for the hearings. Emma will take the bookings and liaise with Solicitors and courts where necessary.

Holly Clow

Fees Clerk

Holly joined Regency Barristers Chambers on a permanent basis in 2017 after impressing both barristers and the clerking team during her time as a temporary member of staff.

Holly deals with all our Private and Legal Aid billing and, working with Toby, ensures that fees have been quoted correctly and that all the documentation required for Legal Aid billing is correct and present. Holly also deals with all of Regency Barristers Chambers administration and suppliers.

I just want to say thank you to all of you that have dealt with me, for your time and patience, for dealing with my masses of emails (probably duplicated) and constant worries. I know I’ve been a pain, but you’ve been nothing but professional and reassuring that my emails have actually reached the right person. I wish you all well and hope you know that just by handling me the way you have, you have made a difference. You are all a credit to Regency Chambers.

The clerks at Regency Chambers are very helpful in their way in which they deal with all requests for Court cover and other matters. The clerks are very accommodating and do their very best to assist no matter how late in the day our requests for help are. The Senior Clerk is very knowledgeable and the barristers themselves are readily available even out of hours.
