Alison Hunt recently appeared before the Court of Appeal acting for the Mother, on an appeal from the Guardian against the revocation of placement orders.
Ms. Hunt was commended by his Lordship Peter Jackson who commented “in a spirited response, Ms. Hunt argued the mother had demonstrated good enough care for G in an improving context”.
The case highlighted the importance of obtaining a Judgment in cases where a care and placement order is made to assist any court having to make future decisions in respect of the same child(ren) and/or parents.
