Amelia is a tenant at Regency Chambers having successfully completed her pupillage in May 2019.
Amelia is regularly instructed by solicitors in all areas of Family Law, particularly in Children Act proceedings in both Public and Private law acting for parents, local authorities, guardians, and intervenors.
Amelia was raised in the Middle East and returned to the UK aged 18 to attain her LLB and her BPTC at the University of Law in London and called to the bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
Amelia is qualified to undertake direct access work. Due to Amelia’s experience with the British Army, she offers a discount for legal services to serving members of the British Armed Forces.
Amelia is also further qualified to conduct litigation.
