Areas of Law

Resh joined Regency Chambers as a tenant after successfully completing his pupillage with us. Resh accepts instructions for remote hearings representing clients at all stages of proceedings.

Resh regularly represents parents, family members and guardians throughout all stages of applications for Child Arrangement Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders and Specific Issue Orders including multi day fact finding, final hearings and enforcement proceedings.

Resh also receives instructions in care and adoption proceedings, regularly appearing on behalf of Local Authorities. He is also frequently instructed in applications for non-molestation and occupation orders and has represented clients through to contested final hearings.

Resh has experience of appearing in fast-track trials, CMC/CCMCs, appeals, interim applications, and small claims. Resh’s paperwork practice includes advising on liability, quantum and procedure, and drafting statements of case.

Furthermore, Resh has experience with both residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes relating to possession, rent arrears, forfeiture and contract/commercial disputes generally.

Resh is also interested in sports law and regulation. He was appointed as a Chairman to the FA national serious cases panel for the 2020/21 season and has been reappointed each season since
