Jennifer commenced her pupillage in March 2024 under the supervision of Alison Hunt. Immediately prior to her pupillage Jennifer worked as a legal executive assistant for a leading firm of solicitors in Cambridge, working in their family and corporate & commercial teams.

Whilst studying for the Graduate Diploma in Law, Jennifer was accorded the Michael Sherrard Award by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple in recognition of her advocacy skills and commitment to pursue a career as a barrister. She completed her Bar Course with the Inns of Court College of Advocacy and was called to the bar in 2023.

Jennifer has a wealth of commercial experience, having come to the bar after a lengthy career in communications. She worked both for private corporations and charities/NGOs, most recently as Head of Media for Amnesty International Australia.  

Interests

  • In her spare time Jennifer enjoys spending time with her young family, live music, reading novels, and has on occasion been known to try her hand at stand-up comedy.
