I would wish to place on record how pleased I am with the way Alice was able to deal with this very difficult matter and my very emotional client. Much care was taken by Alice in both dealing with the client and liaising with me throughout the day and I believe the outcome achieved was the very best that we could have hoped for.

I have booked Alice on a couple of things now and I have been really impressed… She settled two of my cases with some of the most difficult parties I’ve ever come across!

Thank you for getting such a fantastic result!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for Alice’s hard work on this case and for getting such a good outcome.

Alice was called to the Bar in 2023 by The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Prior to this Alice read law at the University of Cambridge and completed her bar studies at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy, London.

Since completing pupillage at a specialist family law set, Alice has established a busy family law practice. Alice has a particular interest in financial disputes arising from divorce and separation. She also accepts instructions in injunctive proceedings and in both private and public child law matters. Alice has a great deal of experience in dealing with children, vulnerable adults, and clients who have difficulty in giving instructions and/or require intermediaries or interpreters.

Work undertaken includes:

  • Matrimonial finance disputes from FDAs and FDRs, to contested Final Hearings
  • Private children applications including Child Arrangements Orders, Fact-Finds, Prohibited Steps Orders and Specific Issue Orders
  • Domestic Violence injunctions, including Non-Molestation Orders, representing clients at both initial hearings and contested applications
  • Care and adoption proceedings, taking matters from initial applications for ICOs through to multi-day contested Final Hearings acting on behalf of both the Local Authority and parents.

Interests

  • In her spare time Alice enjoys cooking, wine, playing the piano, and visiting National Trust properties with her husband.
