Nigel Sleight successfully defends parent against accusations of serious injury to a child

Mr Sleight has recently appeared before Mr Justice Williams in a lengthy fact finding hearing in the High Court. Mr Sleight represented the mother and the outcome was that she was excluded as the perpetrator of very serious injuries to a young child.
