Sarah joined Regency as a pupil in March 2020 under the supervision of Christopher Bramwell. During her Pupillage Sarah became familiar with public law cases involving non-accidental injuries, neglect and drug/alcohol misuse.
Before a career at the Bar, Sarah worked in America training horses. On her return to the UK, she started a family and worked part time in administration and management roles while completing her law degree part time with the Open University, achieving a first class with honours.
Sarah then undertook her Bar training at BPP Law School and graduated with a distinction. Sarah was awarded scholarships in both excellency and advocacy by BPP Law School. Sarah was called to the Bar by the honourable society of the Inner Temple in 2019.
Whilst studying Sarah volunteered with her local Citizens Advice Bureau and assisted people from all backgrounds and cultures with various legal issues. Once at BPP, Sarah volunteered with the family law clinic, offering advice in private family law matters. She also worked with Streetlaw delivering presentations in schools and refuges to inform people of their legal rights and responsibilities.
Sarah competed in various mooting competitions whilst studying, progressing to the final rounds to appear in both the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
