Amelia is a junior tenant at Regency Chambers having successfully completed her pupillage in May 2019.

Amelia was raised in the Middle-East and returned to the UK aged 18 to attain her LLB and her BPTC at the University of Law in London, obtaining a grade of ‘Very Competent’ and called to the bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.

She practices in all areas of family law particularly public and private children proceedings. As well as accepting instructions in certain civil and criminal matters. Including:

  • Representing parents, local authorities and children in care proceedings
  • Private law proceedings for parents
  • Non-accidental injury
  • Parental alienation
  • Allegations of physical, sexual, emotional and financial abuse
  • Domestic abuse
  • Enforcement

Amelia has been described as giving “helpful thoughts and advice” and with obtaining “great results”.

Prior to her career at the bar Amelia served in the British Army.
